we had purchased a cot for rs 8500 and hardly an year after the plank has broked. the company carpenter himself said that the model is defective as it requires 4 planks. and now to put the four planks they want an additional 2000 rs. this is cheating and they should be asked to close down and pay us a compensation of 50,000 rs
