Harassment in exchanging defective product

I bought a fevicol 250g from a shop in prembazzar near iit kharagpurand it was defective, I asked the shop owner to exchange the product and he said he will ask the fevicol dealer and let me know what he can do, again after 3 months I went to him for my money or product but he saying they have not responded any the product and he is misbehaving with me and not refunding

    Using Google name and taking money .

    After receiving demanding more money.and showing fear that he will not refund any money and we have to pay more.
    Otherwise forget money.
