Drinking water in odd timing at 11:30 pm

Dear HMWSSB,
I Varun residing in kavadiguda kummaribasthi facing a serious water problem coz of lack of not opening water in appropriate time our time was 7pm slowly the linemen has changed to 8pm ,9pm and then now we are getting water at 11 for every four days for only half an hour instead of an hr .We are not getting water atleast for drinking and rest of the area is getting water for an hour or two .Please resolve it as soon as possible facing a serious issue
