SIR I HAVE A SAVING A/C IN PNB KHANDA KHERI HISAR HARYANA AND ALSO HAVE A KISAN CREDIT CARD (KCC) THE BANK HAS DEDUCTED PREMIUM FOR FASAL BIMA FOR 18 ACRES ( MY TOTAL LAND HOLDING ) IN WHICH 10 ACRES ARE EMPTY WITHOUT MY CONCENT AND WITHOUT INTIMATING ME THEY DEDUCTED 8880 FROM KCC A/C WHAT TO DO AND WHERE I SHOULD COMPLAINT TO GET MY MONEY REFUND
