sir, they offering supercash for recharges payment etc. and saying that this will use in next payment and recharges they are making fool to consumers because whenever they change the policy of use of supercash like that earlier they have rule that supercash use in any transaction for type of payment 10% or 20%. then they restict this for 10% then only for marchant, next they restrict to minimum transaction of 500.00 after that again only use supercash once in a day and 20 times in month. but from last time i paid on relaince store then no supercash is used even i got supercash without allying in code sir when i am not able to use supercash then what is the benfit of the same.
i made several complaint through his app but no reply is given by them although they have no proper telephone compliant no.
moreover they restrict that only 1000 supercash use in month if KYC fully completed sir no person from company is approch us for KYC then only 100 rupees supercash is used in month. so the company is cheated with us when they offer that Rs. 500 supercash is received for electric payment, Rs. 300 for lindline and Rs. 100 thrice for mobile payment. sir if i got all supercash what is the befit of the same becasue i am not able to use the same
