Airtel Black Plan issue.

Hi, I am airtel user for last 15 years.
I have opted for airtel black plan of 998 rs. Which includes two mobile number 9810268172 and 8130522884 and dth starting sep 2021.

Airtel team did not include 9810268172 in the plan.
So , I paid for airtel black plan + bill of 9810268172 of rs 588 for sep, oct n nov.

In Nov, I noticed I am overpaying n issue raised by calling 121 to adjust the bill n add my number to black plan to avoid issues in future

No action was taken by airtel.
I emailed them n no response then onDec 3rd i added the number on Airtel black plan on my own.

After so many calls n email, i am not satisfied the resolution, they waived 315 rs and after so much effort they reverted 250 rs more.

I requested a associate to assign so I can discuss and a satisfactory resolution provided.

I am not getting waive off for 3 months I overpaid for 9810268172 bill.

It was mistake from Airtel group that they missed to add my number.

I am no getting a good followup from Airtel group.
They comment on 121 and then no update n they are waving money as if they are doing good gesture.

My concern n complaint to waive off money that was paid for 9810268172 when black plan was opted.
Any charges post nov, 13 should be removed for 9810268172 as I requested second time to airtel to add it.
I am feeling cheated .
Please help.
