Airtel Aditya mega city centre forcing customer to pay cash 270 per sim

Hi ,

Aditya mega city centre, Airtel outlet is forcing customer to pay Rs 270 for conversion of postpaid number to prepaid numbers while airtel customer care has confirmed that this service is free of charge. They have grabed forcefully as I needed prepaid sim from postpaid and deny giving any receipt for the cash paid to them. I have all the paper work and can submit at the time of requirement. Since they humiliated me and forced me to pay them the amount which is not legitimate, I wish to file them a complaint for compensation for Rs 10,000 for wasting my time and upsetting me on account of the same. I have written to Airtel appellant with a detailed account and can provide all the required documents for the fraud in their Idnirapuram branch.
