Namaskar, I bought 1 double door fridge of Samsung from Reliance Digital, Surya Nagar, Ghaziabad, on 8th July, for which I paid Rupees 40000/-, I received the item on 10th July and got it installed on 10th July, after lots of request, as I am working.
It stopped working on 6th Aug, there was no cooling, since then I am struggling with Samsung customer care, but they are not at all responding to me requests and complaints.
Even after requesting to Samsung and Reliance Digital that I am working, I wont be available on working days, please send someone on Sunday 7th Aug, but no body came.
Then on 8th Aug, I took half day leave as one of the technician came, and confirmed that the compressor is not working and one more part like sensor is not working, if it will be available , then he will get the fridge rectified otherwise will have to put the requirement, then after receiving the same from company, will come to get it done.
I literally, requested and begged to get it done, urgently, as I am a working women and because of non working fridge, my life was becoming hell.
My 4 ltrs milk got spoiled, frozen items of around 1500 got spoiled, so many cooked items, raw vegetables and so many other items got spoiled, it was a loss of around 3000 to 4000.
And moreover there was alot of inconvenience and daily suffering.
Even after telling them that the fridge stopped working just after 25days of purchase, still they were not taking considering on this complaint.
I am working, I don't have that much of time to call on your customer care, everyday, its such a lengthy procedure, every time that call takes minimum half and hour to one hour, which is disturbing my official work alot, every time I talk to there seniors also, but still no action taken.
No call backs have been arranged.
Then after 1 week on 13th Aug, Saturday, received the call from samsung's technician that the required parts have been received, when can i come to get it done.
I denied that after so many requests if its coming after 1 week that too raising the complaint just after 25days days of purchase, if this kind of services you are providing now, what kind of services your company will give later on, its a huge investment and cant afford so many flaws and such late and careless services in future with a daily necessary item of home.
Please take this back and return my money, urgently, I will purchase some other company's fridge from where I can get better services.
Kindly consider on my complaint, urgently, as I am getting suffered alot and huge loss is going on.
