Issue with the LG store - from Digi Smile stores (LG store ) from Raj Nagar Extension Ghaziabad.

This is Sanjay Nanda from Ghaziabad. This is to bring to your kind notice that I have purchased a refrigerator on 21st Jan 2018 from Digi Smile stores (LG store ) from Raj Nagar Extension Ghaziabad. My flat was under renovation so I have asked for the delivery by March end. But after sometime (say around first week of March) we came to know that GDA guys have destroyed the shop as the same was constructed on Govt. land then we contacted with the main branch of Digi smile which is in Ghaziabad Ambedkar road. The guy named Rajendar Rawat Manager of Digi smile assured us do not worry shop will get constructed again in the same area but little bit behind as the shop was constructed on government land. He also assured us that I am aware of your delivery so do not worry. We told us that renovation is still going on will get the delivery later after 2 months or so. Now, we have contacted with the store today for delivery he is saying that we do not have the same model no. GC-B247SCUV available with us as the same model is discontinued and we have sold out the same model which you guys have selected without informing us.

If that was the case the store people should contact us but they have not informed anything to us and asking us to select the new model available with them I cannot select the lower price model but I am bound to purchase high end model which is not in my range. They are not ready to provide my money back as well. I wanted to highlighted this incident to make sure whether the same model has been discontinued and how the guy can sell the model which we have booked after making full payment.

Could you guys pl help me out by providing the same model.

Pl note that I have made the payment through credit card and still paying the EMI with interest for the same fridge just because it was my favourite model. If I had to select the new model why I have booked it earlier and paying interest. Would the store will provide my interest back? ???
