Damaged Refrigerator supplied, bought a Godrej refrigerator from Khosla electronics last month.

I have bought a Godrej refrigerator from Khosla electronics last month. At the time of installation it had dent marks which when reported to shop owner, he declined to change the fridge. Now in just one month the fridge has stopped working. I want my fridge to be replaced by a new one or my money returned.
Please do the needful done.
