I HAVE RECHARED MY AIRTEL NO-7880917228 OF RS.249 DATED-21/10/2016 THROUGH INTERNET BANKING WITH STATE BANK OF INDIA .TRANSACTION NUMBER WAS -IHA6274750 AND THE AMOUNT WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT AND RECHARGEWAS NOT DONE SO I TALKED TO STATE BANK CUSTMOR CARE AND HE SAID THAT REFERNCE NO-IHA6274750 HAS BEEN PROCESS SUCCESFULLY FROM OUR END WHERE IN THE SAME HAS NOT BEEN PROCESSED IN THE MERCHANT SITE(AIRTEL).
THEN I TALKED TO AIRTEL CUSTMOR CARE, HE TOLD ME THAT WE DID NOT RECIVED ANY AMOUNT FROM THE SBI SITE AS I AGAIN TALK TO SBI CARE THEY TOLD THAT THIS MONEY HAS BEEN TRANSFER TO AIRTEL WITH REF NO- IHA6274750 AND AIRTEL IS NOT RESPONDING CONTINIOUSLY ABOUT 10 TIMES I TALK TO CUSTMOR CARE. SO REQUEST TO TAKE ACTION.
