I am using vodafone number 9540427543 and a vodafone advertise in 289 (800mb day data and (200mb) night data and 3 vodafone local number call 20 paise per minute.
I recharged 289 on date 17.05.2016 when i add 3 number for 20 paise per call message was not send on 199. The customer care told for message (ADD FRND Number) when i send message on 199 .
I complained to customer care they told that this problem will resolved on dated 23.05.2016.
Today i call to customer care my number was not connect.
Please resolve my problem and take action against these fraud companies.
