Rechargeitnow not refunding the amount against failed recharge

My recharge of Airtel DTH ID 3003744746 for Rs. 510 failed on 18/07/2016. The payment was deducted from my credit card account. The order ID was AD0090751876. However, rechargeitnow has not refunded the amount to me so far even after a period of 16 days has elapsed since then. Their web portal continues to show the status as "to be refunded" against the said order ID. I escalated the complaint on 27th July 2016 with ticket no. T4836552776 but the refund is yet to be effected. Whenever I write to their customer care, the same stereotype response comes that the refund has been reprocessed and I will get it in 5-7 days but nothing happens after that. In view of this, I doubt the intentions of rechargeitnow in giving my refund and sincerely approach you for your intervention in the matter and help me getting my refund from rechargeitnow.
