i booked office space in Centa One Building in sec 61 Gurgaon with BPTP company in 2006.at booking i was told possession in 2009 but then in buyer agreement it was stated 2011. Then up to Bhoomi Poojan 60% payment was taken and after taking 95% work stopped in 2012 .we complained to police, CM Window but no use.
then in 2018 false possession offered demanding balance payment and huge undue charges. The penality for late possession as stated in buyer agreement was refused by company. Now they are charging maintainance charges when it is not ready for possession as yet. i am complaining to all but no reply
if any help. my all life earnings of 70 lac are stuck.
