Sir,
We booked a flat in year 2014 and paid Rs 13 lakh as instalment towards that flat of Rs 24 lakh. The project was to be build in Sector 25, Sohna and to be delivered in 2017, but the company did fraud and not even started the project till year 2021. The builder took documents from us for decline of interest in flat and request of refund. But they refunded only Rs 6 lakh and still Rs 7 lakh is due for refund to us by the builder. But they ran away by closing their office and cheated us by not refunding Rs 7 lakh, as well as they are not building any flat in Sohna.
Sir, Please help us in getting our hard earned money. Please help us
