Return of refundable token amount

I booked and apartment with M3M on 2 June 2020 by paying a refundable token amount of 49000 Rupees.
I did not go ahead and asked for the refund.
They promised to return money within 6-7 days, now it is been more than 1 month M3M didn't return the money and they have stopped responding to emails.
