I HAVE AN ACCOUNT OF UTS. I HAVE CHANGED MY MOBILE HANDSET AFTER MAINTAINING ALL FORMALITIES. BUT WHEN I OPENED MY UTS ACCOUNT IN MY NEW MOBILE HANDSET, MY R-WALLET BALANCE IS NOT REFLECTING IN MY ACCOUNT.
