balance issue at UTS app even after fund is deducted from bank account

My id on UTS app is 9679167597. On 05.03.2022 I recharged the same app of Rs 100/- twice which is not reflected even after 3 days. I am enclosing pageshots of bank account, UTS payment history for reference.
