Flipkart has delivered a non working Fridge and now are delaying refund/replacement by scheduling delayed technician visit. Initially promised to resolve issue within 2nd Jan but now they have booked a technician visit for the 4th. No satisfactory response received even by escalating to grivience team of Flipkart. I feel cheated.
