Air conditioner were turned off after interval

I booked 2 tickets for Bharmastar 11 Pm show in Bareilly on Sept 11 and after interval PVR cinemas had turned off the Air conditioner and It was too hot. I raised it to the atteneder at door but he didn't do anything.
