To whom so ever it may concern,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the experience I recently had at your PVR Phoenix Whitefield, Bangalore location while watching the movie "Interstellar" in 4DX. Unfortunately, my visit was marred by a series of distressing events that have compelled me to seek immediate resolution and redressal.

To provide you with a detailed account of the events:

1. **Ineffective 4DX Effects:** Despite the premium 4DX format, the effects during the screening were limited to seat movements, and there were no other immersive experiences, as advertised.

2. **Complaint to Manager:** I approached the manager on duty to voice my concerns and to seek an explanation for the underwhelming experience. To my dismay, the manager refused to disclose his name, hindering my ability to report this issue effectively to PVR.

3. **Video Evidence:** Frustrated by the lack of response, I discreetly recorded my conversation with the manager, capturing his refusal to cooperate and provide his name. This recording serves as concrete evidence of the situation.

4. **Security Guard Misbehavior:** In the midst of our discussion, a security guard in your premises behaved inappropriately towards both me and my wife, causing additional distress. This incident was recorded as well, and I possess video evidence of this unfortunate behavior.

I strongly believe that these events were unacceptable and tarnished the overall movie-going experience at PVR. I am writing to request a resolution for my negative experience and the lack of cooperation when seeking assistance from your manager.

I kindly request that you address the following concerns in your response:

1. An acknowledgment of the issues I encountered during my visit to PVR Phoenix Whitefield and compensation for the same for my time, ticket charge, parking fees and travel cost.

2. An explanation for the ineffective 4DX effects during the screening of "Interstellar."

3. A formal apology for the manager's refusal to provide his name and lack of assistance.

4. An assurance that the security guard's behavior will be promptly investigated and appropriate action taken.

5. A clear plan for how PVR intends to rectify the situation to ensure a positive customer experience in the future.

Should I not receive a satisfactory resolution within a reasonable timeframe, I am prepared to escalate this matter to the consumer forum, as I believe I have not received the service that I paid for, and my wife and I were subjected to distressing treatment by your staff.

I eagerly await your response and a swift resolution to this matter. Please provide instructions on how I can share the video evidence with your official email address for your reference.
