I have purchased Brother Laxer DCP L2541DW S/N E73802J8N411728 on dt. 23/12/2018 But unfortunately issue relating the non printing on the paper is arise(Blank Page.) even after the several complaint . the customer care executive not taken the complaint by giving the complaint no. on the contrary they suggest to purchase the new toner. thereafter they will register the complaint. and without toner bill they even not entertain the customers complaint regarding any issue. showing the policy of the company. which itself against right of the consumer/customer. just to sell out the product under the head of policy. which itself is illegal one. I have shown the readiness to purchase the toner if the problem is due to toner after providing the service and technician suggest for the toner. and if there is any other problem except the toner then if the company is ready to refund the toner amount then only I will purchase the toner. But the rudely refuse the same and their service manager rudely talk as if company do sent want to take care of the consumer after the sale of the product they are avoiding the provide service properly amount deficiency in service
