Dear Sir,

I have purchase multipurpose inkejet printer Epson L365 from Snapdeal. Print quality is very poor and performance is also not that great. Print quality is hazy either in color or black & white. many a times printer shows error and doesn't give print or it takes lot of time. I have logged complaint, but the service engineer says this is the quality of the printer and it can't give better print quality and performance. I have again escalated to Epson, but for last more than a month non of the Epson engineers have responded to the complaint. I have shown the print quality of another inkjet printer of HP, which is far more superior quality. Hence I request either epson address the issue or replace the faulty printer.

I am also requesting Snapdeal to takeup the matter with Epson.
