Team HP India have given me a defective Printer, They have sent three technician one by one after doing lots of follow ups and complaints, but none of them were able to fix my Printer, the last technician took videos and photographs of my printer and said that my case has been escalated for replacement, it has passed more than a 15-20 days I haven't received any positive response from HP India, every time I email them regarding my issues their auto generated email replies stating apologies about my inconvenience.

I want an early intact working replacement.
