IndiaPost Not delivering or giving my parcel to receiver

My cnsgmnt no.EG153261972IN is lying with Surat HO since July 18th,19. No update till now.I went to sender branch but they are not supporting. receiver party visited Surat HO but he is getting rply saying it is lying in our godown,once it is out,we will call you.They are not even providing delivery of proof as sender branch is saying that parcel has been delivered to receiver.
