Looking a raksha bandhan festival my sister post a rakhi through a DTDC courier service by paying extra charge. DTDC courier committed to us to deliver a post till 18th aug 2016.

When we contact with the Courier company they told us . today is holiday of rakshabandhan.

This is totally dis- satisfaction of service. Company is doing cheating with customer and it is seems that courier company not maintain their commitment.
