Complaint about Lost of of Medical bills worth Rs 15000/-

On 29-09-2016, I had sent Medical Bills of my mother to Lucknow for Doctors verification.
Till date bills were not received at Lucknow and they have confirmed having lost it.
As a result I am unable to submit the bills to M/s National Insurance Co., with whom I have the Mediclaim Policy.
This has incurred me a loss of Rs15000/-
