Online fraud done about 70000

She had asked me to pay fees to deliver one international parcel at my home address and I had paid around 70000 after that she is not receiving my call and not even responding to my msgs. Please help me to get my money back. I had already register complaint on online site grahak suraksha sewa and they were also ask me to pay 5250 to register complaint that also I had paid but after that they were also not responding to my calls and mags. I want you to please take necessary action for doing such frauds with people.
