Complaint against A police officer for bruetly beating a businessmen without any reason

A 60yr Businessmen brutly beaten by PSI Pawar at undri, tq. Chikhali, dist. buldhana. Businessmen was brutely beaten in public and was arrested without a warrant. The businessmen was not consious and according to rule he shouldve been taken to hospital. But PSI Pawar took him to the police station. This misuse of power by the police is very sad! Strict action must be taken as soon as possible.
