I got a call from a person around 10:30am on 14 Aug 2019, he said his name is Vikas Patel Mob no. 8955013330 and is interested in buying a item which my wife have listed in OLX for selling and
I should send him my Google QR code. He fraudulently withdrew a total of Rs 4999 from my Citi Bank A/c. to UPI account in the name of Brijendra Kumar with upi id 77408129378@upi.

The guy claimed to be an Army officer. I want all to know he is a repeated offender and loots people through OLX. Why is OLX not blocking such repeated offenders?
Is OLX too a part of their Fraud Racket? Request immediate action against him. He is still available on the same number 8955013330 and we said him we are going to police
and he are not worried about poilce.

My amout is small but i am worried he is using ARMY that is not good.

I can found soo many instances with the same person but not seen any action.

Whats wrong with our judiciary system? Are the banks a part of this scam too? Why can't anyone track such people they are all
so digitally active and pool money in and out through government banks and majorly secure apps like Google Pay and UPI?
