Wallet Amount Complain against PAYTM

I have two paytm accounts. Both are deactivated after one year. One I have updated with KYC documents and other not. My amount nearly rupees 5000 got stuck in the Paytm wallet which is inactive. I requested paytm Customer Care to tranfer the amount to the active paytm wallet from inactive paytm wallet. I have provided all the documents related to my paytm accounts to the Customer Care through email. But it has been more than two months which they have not done my request. Now they have closed the ticket saying I have not responded to thier email.
