Style makers saloon - Deducted money but not refunded back

I have booked for an hair cut through paytm so when i have selected paytm my money have been deducted but i did not get any code or merchant number to contact so i have neglected that and i have again booked it through debit card it was succesful.My money which has been deducted for the first time should be refunded.I asked for paytm customer care they said merchant has been recieved the order.so i have raised a complaint in little app they have sent a message that my money will be refunded in 24-48 hrs but its been 4 days i did not get my money back.Badly disappointed with little app.
