I done investment in Shri ram Fortune Fixed Deposit.
Certificate Number is 50672856 of 600000.
This amount deposit done on 13/7/2016 and due to family problem i have to do redumption.
As it has not complited six month i received a mail from Company manager for permission to do redumption on 15/1/2017 so that i can get six months interest.
so i given approval for the same but company did redumption in dec 2016 and deducted my eligible interest.
i am attaching entire trade mail which i sent to shriram for your reference.

Kindly go through details given here with this mail.
On asking by Your Company Manager Mr Piyush Desai Regarding certificate number 50672856 amount 600000 of Neepa Sanjay Naik which issued on 13/7/2016 and in spite of done all written communication and approval given by me your company has done redumption in december end and deducted my eligible interest on ground that i have not completed 6 months for the amount.
Now this is height of negligence????????????
Kindly give me my eligible interest which is deducted by company on wrong date even after my approval mail.

Do redumption of certificate number 50672856 of Rs. 600000 on 14 Jan 2017 and ensure refund amount on 15 Jan 2017 with out fail.

Certificate No. Discrepancy Reason
50672842 Certificate is in LOCK IN PERIOD. Certificate will be eligible for closed after 27.12.2016. so we will close on 28.12.2016 and investor will receive the fund on 30.12.2016 EOD
50672856 If we close certificate now then investor will not receive any interest. 6 month will be completed on 13.1.2017. if we close certificate on 14.1.2017 the investor will receive some interest. So required confirmation from investor for this certificate
50665617 Certificate has been closed and request given to bank for fund transfer. Investor will receive the fund on Monday EOD
50507996 Certificate has been closed and request given to bank for fund transfer. Investor will receive the fund on Monday EOD

Dear Representatives,
Sri Ram Company issued me relieving letter in July 2020, But now when my employer HDFC (where I joined as CSM) do verification process then company HR team reverted by saying fake signatures on relieving to HDFC LIFE HR.and given me another relieving letter But this should not be done because its a matter of my career because the letter (according to them which is fake) was also issued by the SRIRAM HR & sent to me by there official email id ..
Moreover I am not able to get any satisfactory response from Sriram beside so many mails.so now looking to you see in this matter and resolve the issue.
