your esteem organization dt. 12/8/2015, 16/12/2015 & 14/7/2016. Inspite of our

periodically reminders and Our Executive talked to you many times on telephone and during

their personal visits regarding outstanding payments to be made by Shri Kapadia Education Trust, but till date payment has not been received by us, and therefore, I,
Purav Shah, Authorised Signatory of M/s. Hem Infotech, having its office at 315, Devnandan Mall, opp. Sanyas Ashram, Nr. M.J Library, Ellisbridge, Ashram road,
Ahmedabad-380 006 have to address you this Notice as under, as now, you are liable to pay on overdue amount together with interest.
