Respected sir, I wish to inform you that i had a car attached with ola DL1RT3935. While working with ola the deducted my security amount Rs. 3000. They said that this amount will be refunded while you will not be part of ola. This my earnest money and I wanna refund it as soon as possible. So that i visited your Gurgaon Head office on 11 Feb 2021and register my request of refund the amount. There were a executive of your named Kapil Yadav registered my request of cancellation of id and requeste for refund. He assured me the amount will be in your account with in 40 days. I am writing you after crossing your dead line period and amount still not refunded. I request you kindly look in this matter and help me to get my money.
