money deducted from bank account but recharge not done

i have done an online recharge through FreeCharge app on my own sim card the amount of ₹189 deducted from my bank a/c instantly. and then i haven't received any response from my mobile operator company jio . the FreeCharge app says the recharge is still in process please wait i also tried to connect through phone but there helpline not working then i wrote an email but the response is same as it says on application the recharge is in process please wait. please help me am very poor i need internet to study and now my online classes are missing because of this problem
