Reliance communication they has not refunds security mney not refunded

In spite of my several reminders by mail to Reliance communication they has not refunds my security deposit of my port mobile no -9771496696 from Reliance to Airtel ,which PORTING REQUEST code is-EB935825 .
Above mentioned port has been done in the month July , 2015.
In my continuous reminders and my personal visit to their Patna based Kashi palace office ,they are not responding.
