Refund of amount paid

Payment Complaint Complaint Date: October 7, 2022
On 2.10.2022 I made a payment for Rs.2000/- via Debit card.
First transaction was failed and so 2nd time made payment through Debit card
But after checking my Bank statement, found that 1st failed payment also credited to Rajam Hotels Pvt Ltd account.

Request to refund my 1st transaction payment Rs.2000/- to my account immediately, enabling me to proceed further.
