Complaint against freshers world regarding fraudulent payment

I've received a call from freshersworld for interview details. They asked to pay rs 29. And while entering otp it said enter a valid otp and the transaction paused. But I got a message from my bank saying rs 1111 was deducted in net banking. And when I asked for refund they told to wait for half an hour and they didn't responded back nor any updates.
