I booked a Cab in Ola with Digital payment but they payment through Cash

I booked a Cab in Ola with Digital payment but they payment through Cash.
Then I raised the issue and mail it to the Ola Company they replied that they will refund amount and They refund amount through Ola Postpaid Account I can't able to use.
I explained detail
I booked a auto location to Chepauk railway station driver pickup the Ride and they reach the pickup location, drive refuse to pick the passages because of Postpaid cash
My Question is when I booked auto the driver can able know it cash or ola postpaid cash
