I would like to inform you that Shop Cj is a fraud company. Please dont shop from Shop cj. I had purchase product from shop cj in last dec. Product was damage. I return the product. But till shop cj did not return my refund. When i call shop cj helpline no. Executive says that ur complaint has been register. 5 to 7 working day u will recieve a call from our side. But no response come from shop cj. When again call shop cj helpline. Then executive again says in 3 working days u will recieve a call. Again after 3 working days no response from shop cj side. Some time executive says technical problem so i cannt help u. I am frustrated.please help me.
