Recharge done through Irctc UTS R-wallet for Rs. 500/- but not credited in R-wallet

Recharge done through Irctc UTS R-wallet for Rs. 500/- through Paytm from SBI a/c at 07.42 AM, on 06 Dec 2021 vide order ID:812060224069056 and UPI Ref No:134081870519 but not credited in R-wallet and complaint also has been done but no reply is given from Irctc which is very very unfortunate.
Hence request for refund the same amount i.e., Rs. 500/- to the original sourse of deduction
