received envelop with the heading "MAHARASHTRA-AGR-RUR-CROP". On the envelop it state that it is from ITECH SOL. 196 Patel Nagar New Mandi Mz Nagar, UP 251001. As this was cash on delivery so I paid Ru. 524 as per slip. But when I opened the envelope there was a random digital marketing brochure which was not related to me. I came to know it is some kind of fraud. my admit card id-1624463262

Kindly resolve the issue and get me my 524 ru back please.
