I have made a purchase on website https://autodivine.com for an amount of 799 INR.
I have paid the money to the merchant by UPI option in PayUMoney.
I have been asked to give the UPI username and asked to accept the collect request by ICICI bank. I have accepted the request in my ICICI mobile app and the amount got deducted from the bank.

The amount got deducted in my bank account and the transaction is said to be failed. I have not got the money refunded. I have no clue about what has happened.

I have contacted my bank whihc is ICIC fro which i have made the transaction and it replied me back with the folowing message.
"Dear Customer,

Greetings from ICICI Bank.

IMPS transaction of Rs. 799 initiated on 26-OCT-17 has been credited to the Beneficiary. For more queries, pls contact the beneficiary bank.

Sincerely,
Customer Service Team.
ICICI Bank Limited."

I have contacted axis bank as well and they said they will not be able to help me as i have no account in axis bank
