PAYTM money not refunded have tried to add rs.650 to my paytm on 24-12-2016

i have tried to add rs.650 to my paytm on 24-12-2016 from my bank account, but the transaction was not successful saying that the bank declined it. Rs. 650 were cut from my account and the failed transaction was not even shown in the transaction list.it,s been more than a week and paytm is not responding to my complaint.
my bank is andhrabank
