Payment was made of 10000 for my credit card but not updated in card

Sir i have made a payment of 10000 from paytm app my id is 8121605305 and transaction of 10000 on 22 nd july but still it was not updated in my credit card and no customer care is working at paytm center nor any updation is going on.... Transaction id was . 11358036909... Plz ask them to pay my amount as i have no more money in this lockdown to pay extra also... Plz plz help me sir
