Respected Sir/ Madam,
I am Deep Debnath. I have applied for SSC JE EXAMINATION. My registration no. is: - 64008958285. I have completed all steps except payment. While I was making the payment for the first time, the transaction didn't get successful, it says “Some technical error has occurred and sorry for the inconvenience”. After this, I could not make any payment for several hours. After several hours when I tried to make the payment again, the transaction again wasn't successful and the site showed “Transaction Failure”. It happened at 12:30 AM, Nov 16, 2017. Now when I am trying to make the payment again and again to complete my application form it continually says “A payment has already been made for the same reference number. Your request cannot be processed”. But I never received a message from my bank that money is paid to SSC. When I checked my application status it showed Payment: Incomplete, Application status: Incomplete and still showing this.
Today I have made the payment again through SBI Challan. But my application status shows incomplete.
Now I am totally frustrated and don’t understand what to do. Please help me on this issue.

    sir,
    mera amit kumar hai maine delhi police ke liye purane res. no. (30001183436) par apply kiya tha ab payment nahi ho rha hai likhake deta hai / A payment has already been initiated for the same reference number. Your request cannot be processed.
