payment deducted from my account but not transferred

i was sending money to my friend i typed wrong no. it was my mistake but the no. i typed doesn't exists therefore i send mail to paytm but they are not respondin.

they are not responding
our pm is saying to cashless but the companies are not cooperating.
please look into matter seriously
