i tried online payment for buying a saree for my wife, but twice the money is debited from my account but the craftsvilla.com deliver the message in my mobile as well in my email that payment has not been done.

    I ordered a dress long back which took almost a month to reach me. And as I saw it, I was in a shock as the dress what I saw on the website was entirely different from what I received. I put a request for return but they told me to courier it on my own. I spent my money in returning that third class stuff. And trying to contact the team of craftsvilla but sadly no response from their side. It's one of the worst website I have seen in my life .
