NON TRANSACTION OF ONLINE PAYMENT

Payment Complaint Complaint Date: January 25, 2016
I had booked ticket through HRTC online on dated 03/01/2016 payment made through SBI online vide following details :-

But due to network problem I have not booked the above ticket through HRTC which payment made by SBI online.

I had lodged a complaint dated 11/01/2016 on SBI Customer service: 1800 425 3800 and a compliant No. PT9992222365055 and they have assurance to resolve the matter within 10 days receipt of a complaint. As on date there is no information has been received about my complaint from SBI customer service. I had contact against with SBI Customer service on 25/01/2016 and they have informed the above compliant has already been resolved on dated 15/01/2016 as the above transaction has successfully completed. I hade also complaint to HRTC through my mobile No. but they have informed the matter has taken up with the Delhi, Manali and other such type of helpline center. Today I am very frustrated and requested to look into the matter personally for refund the above amount of Rs. 2404/- at the earliest as transaction not successfully completed.

In view of the above it is also intimated that I have made many complaint through my Mob as well as other STD phone and expenses of my mob. Bill may also be refunded as the amount of Rs. 200/-
